Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the determination of trade data such as Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) classification, Export Control Number (ECN) classification, Country of Origin, trade preference program qualification, product codes, import/export documentation requirements and valuation of products.
- Manages Teledyne import specialists/administrators at the Teledyne sites in Grenoble, France and Seville, Spain, providing guidance and assistance where necessary.
- Directly reports to the Senior Manager, Export Compliance, Teledyne Digital Imaging - Europe and works on a dotted-line reporting basis with the Teledyne Corporate International Trade Compliance (CITC) group to assist with investigations of any incidences of purported non-compliance with customs laws and regulations, provide regular reports of significant trade compliance activities and risks, assist with various customs compliance projects, and implement relevant CITC directives.
- Work with internal and external customers/vendors, freight forwarders/customs brokers, government agencies and other functional areas to ensure compliance of import and export activity.
- Develop, implement, enhance and maintain trade compliance management systems, policies, and department procedures and work instructions, including export classification and jurisdiction; licensing and administration; denied party, proliferation and diversion screening; technology transfers; deemed exports; export documentation; anti-boycott reporting; Free Trade Agreement recordkeeping; and customs broker compliance.
- Execute, monitor and resolve import and export blocks and sanctioned party screening.
- Audit facility compliance with Teledyne’s Global Trade Compliance program.
- Ensure employee understanding of legal regulations and principals relative to the import and export of products through communications and training.
- Conduct regular import and export compliance training for senior management, Shipping, Sales, Marketing and other functions involved in international business.
- Keep abreast of changes in trade regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Acts as the trade compliance liaison to sales representatives, distributors, customers, other third parties and, as required.

This position requires someone to make initial triage decisions handing responsibility for completion to the respective function within RF Power plus the management of activities including reporting. This is to ensure that quality standards for component / sub assembly/ product and process are adhered to through the front to back manufacturing process, whilst ensuring the key requirements for Quality are understood through the business.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in manufacturing control elements. Effective communication skills will be critical to the success of this role, with the ability to influence peers and raise the bar in quality methods, along with a pragmatic and data driven approach to assist in prioritising improvements across the existing product portfolio.
The Production Q Engineer, through a proactive approach to right first time quality to promote growth, will enhance the reputation of the business through exceptional quality standards and contribute towards a significant reduction in overall manufacturing costs.
- The Production Quality Engineer (PQE) leads the investigations for the area and is responsible for the management of function for RF Power.
- The PQE acts as first line support for manufacturing issues that cannot be resolved at the Cell level by Manufacturing Technicians (Man Techs) or Manufacturing Team Leaders.

Dans une interconnexion électrique, un signal RF se propage dans un circuit en vis-à-vis d’un plan de masse qui assure le chemin de retour de courant. Les plans de masse des signaux analogiques sont traditionnellement dissociés physiquement des plans de masse des signaux numériques. Nous cherchons àévaluer l’impact qu’aura sur nos signaux RF l’opération de les rassembler. Nous cherchons également à modéliser les réseaux d’alimentations qui vont avec ces plans de masse.
Ainsi, après avoir réalisé une étude bibliographique, appris de bons rudiments de RF aux fréquences ultra hautes auxquelles nous travaillons habituellement, vous étudierez sur logiciel de simulation, Ansys HFSS principalement, différents cas de figures jusqu’à 20 ~30GHz en vue d’aboutir à déterminer des guidelines pour les plans de masses et des méthodes d’extraction des réseaux d’alimentation dans HFSS.

In this role you will:
- Review customer & stakeholder specifications & requirements. Prepares technical responses on feasibility and statement of compliance
- Defines and documents the electronic architecture of the device balancing competing performance, commercial and manufacturing requirements are met.

In this role you will:
- Manage projects to develop CMOS designs and technology at Teledyne DALSA. These projects include all stages of development starting from architecture definition, through design and evaluation, ending at product qualification.
- Be responsible for achieving the project deliverables, with the project team, on time, according to specifications, and within the agreed budget.
- Invest in understanding the requirements from our customers and the R&D development challenges, and to work closely together with other highly trained professionals in technologically challenging multi-disciplinary, multi-site projects.
- Work closely with customers and with our R&D Engineers and Scientists in Enschede and Waterloo. You may also be required to contribute technically to the product development, based on your current and future technical skills.
