As a technical expert in the field of hydrographic data processing, digital terrain modelling, bathymetric & topographic data management, engineering analysis, you are the main point of contact with our current and future customers, providing support over email, phone and online resources as well as trainings remote or onsite around the world. Working closely with colleagues from Teledyne Optech you will also become familiar and be exposed to the same tasks within the LiDAR survey industry.   Your main tasks & responsibilities: - Provide first line technical support to our customers - Provide software training in the office as well as at client sites primarily throughout North America and the Asia Pacific region; - Build close working relationships with existing clients; - Analyze current client systems and issues, identify technical problems, formulate and demonstrate integrated solutions; - Document workflows, operating procedures and technical notes for our customers; -  Potentially be involved in marketing and sales activities of Teledyne CARIS and Teledyne Optech, including attending international conferences and exhibitions; - Provide expert consultancy, once fully experienced within this role. Les principales responsabilités d’un Gestionnaire de projet sont de : - Gérer plusieurs projet d’introduction en production, d’accroissement de volumes, d’amenagement et d’optimisation des procédés de fabrication (augmentation de la capacite, réduction du PoNC, des coûts et amélioration de l’efficience opérationnelle); - Planifier les livrables et les jalons de ces projets et définir le « Work Breakdown Structure » (WBS) détaillé ; - Développer l’échéancier détaillé de ces projets et y intégrer toute la planification des ressources requises, conformément à notre structure de gestion EPM multi-projets ; - Organiser des rencontres de projet régulières avec les équipes de projet pour faire le suivi et le contrôle du progrès des activités et gérer les communications intra et inter projets ; - Gérer avec son équipe tout le matériel d’optimisation (lots et Traitex) en cours sur la ligne selon le budget alloué au projet (gestion des coûts) ; - Développer et maintenir la méthodologie et la structure de gestion de projet (charte de projet, planification, suivi et contrôle des échéanciers et des travaux, participation aux différentes rencontres, etc.) - Maintenir la documentation du PPAP à jour incluant le plan de contrôle, les gage R&R et le PFMEA du procédé.Utiliser ce dernier outil comme un intrant dans le processus d’optimisation des technologies dont il est responsable. - Maintenir un lien de communication étroit avec le client, les coordonnaturs de la direction ingénierie et technique pour permettre aux principales parties prenantes de demeurer informés des progrès et retards du projet. - La personne choisie doit être un excellent communicateur à travers toute l’organisation et devra démontrer du leadership dans cette fonction. Il ou elle travaillera en ingénierie simultanée avec les professionnels des autres unités de TDSI dans des équipes de projet multi-disciplinaires.
