Position Summary and Responsibilities

What you’ll do

Working in a technology-oriented marketing group, you will manage the codebase that comprise the modules, platforms, and subsystems of our public-facing websites, supporting marketing communications and business development across a range of businesses related to advanced digital imaging. You’ll do web development including integration of our web properties with platforms including Marketing Automation, CRM, and ERP systems, solving problems and creating solutions through your wide skillset, talent and experience, along together with your creativity, flexibility, and initiative. You’ll work closely with IT groups as well as managing the relationship with technology development partners.

Primary responsibilities

  • Managing and extending existing codebase (coding, testing, supporting)
  • Configuring, integrating and deploying database-driven web applications
  • Solutions architecture for integrations
  • Interfacing with IT on web infrastructure issues
  • Project managing outsourced development work
  • Quality control including code reviews and testing (regression, functional)


Who you are

  • Degree/diploma in CS, development, programming/analysis or similar; or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years experience developing modern web platforms such as Sitecore, Episerver, Umbraco (this would be a huge plus), Drupal and the databases behind them
  • Expert in object-oriented programming, particularly ASP.NET MVC or Core
  • Experienced in architecting clients, servers, and Internet systems
  • Experienced with web security aspects (authentication, membership / roles, SQL injection)
  • Familiar with JavaScript and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
  • Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of, appreciation for, and ownership of good software architecture design
  • Outstanding time management skills and initiative
  • Creative, adaptable, and flexible, with a focus on high quality results

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience integrating Marketo, Salesforce, SAP or equivalent platforms with public facing websites
