    Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Job Purpose:

    The Internal Sales Executive will deal directly with customers, engaged at the initial enquiry stage offering a high level of support and customer service to further enhance customer relationships, ensure all requirements are fulfilled and orders are closed in a timely manner to achieve company targets. They will provide accurate business reporting and up-to-date information relating to outstanding quotations and sales orders, while building, maintaining and managing a sales opportunity pipeline.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Responsibility for meeting sales booking and revenues targets
    • Responsible for maintaining an accurate sales opportunity pipeline through the use of company CRM system to enable improved forecasting.
    • Act as focal point for customer enquiries and requests regarding the sale and rental of company equipment
    • Responsible for creating quotations, issuing and following up with customers including receiving and recording receipt of purchase orders
    • Responsible for making appointments to meet existing customers
    • Work with external sales team to develop new customers and relationships
    • Maintain existing customer relationships and expectations
    • Remain informed of competitor status, products, advantages and weaknesses
    • Remain informed of market conditions and trends
    • Be responsible for discovering Teledyne Marine standard and non-standard sales opportunities and participate in the selling process in collaboration with others.
    • Responsible for order processing and raising work orders using the company MRP system and issuing to operations/production
    • Responsible as a single point of contact for all Service, Support and RMAs. Entering into Top Desk to ensure fast and efficient resolutions
    • Carry out work in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet deadlines, changing priorities when the situation requires
    • Liaise with operational departments to ensure that customer requirements and delivery dates are met 

     

    Qualifications

    • Sales experience
    • Customer service or administration experience
    • Fluent in English, written as well as verbally
    • Excellent communication ability with all nationalities, written as well as verbally
    • Standard Office Applications e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
